Biology Class Requirements 2011 – 2012
Late Work Action Plan – Students may turn in work up to one day late. They must have a completed late work action plan accompanying any late work. It must be signed by a parent for any major grades (projects).
Biology Online textbook registration – The online biology textbook access is free.
Science current event - The science current event write up is due once per grading cycle. Please make sure to follow the rubric closely. If in doubt about the appropriateness of your article, please bring it to your teacher for approval well in advance of the due date.
Science Lab Safety Rules – Science Safety Rules must be followed at all times.
Grading Periods and Report Card Dates
Cycle 1: 8/22/11–10/14/11 (report card on 10/21/11)
Cycle 2: 10/17/11–12/16/11 (report card on 1/6/12)
Cycle 3: 1/3/12–3/9/12 (report card on 3/23/12)
Cycle 4: 3/19/12–5/31/12 (report card on 6/8/12)
